Digital copies of all document scanning jobs can be output to a variety of media types. Depending on the customer’s preference, a PDF, JPEG, TIFF, or other common file type can be output to a USB, Hard Drive, Disc, or Cloud Service (DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.). The type of file and file size are both factors for which option will work best. Using a Cloud Service can be a great option for easy access and sharing.
